Louie Von Helson is a shopkeeper at H&R Wesley alongside Edmund. He is Ian's brother, and was separated from him as a child during his mother's failed attempt to rescue them.
Shortly after his mothers death, he was recaptured and raised as an heir to the Von Helson Family. He stayed under his Fathers care until the events of 'The Vampire Conflict', where he was reunited with Ian and then taken in by Edmund.
