Moira is the shopkeeper of Durem Depot.
She was in a relationship with Liam until she learned he was cheating on her with her other two friends; Sasha and Vanessa. Upon finding out, they all promptly broke up with him. Permanently.
During the events of 'The Vampire Conflict', Moira meets Louie Von Helson, who attacked her in hunger desperation before fleeing. They started a relationship soon after.
During the war, she was killed in a fall. Louie revived Moira by biting her, which turned her into a Vampire. After the war ended, she took the cure and became human once again, but her relationship with Louie has seemingly been retconned in the storyline since.
